CHC Learning Center offers a quality educational program which responds to the cognitive, physical, social, and emotional needs of children with multiple disabilities and special health care needs. Individual goals are developed to meet the unique needs of students with a strong team approach to delivery of services. A strong team approach is utilized in the delivery of student services.

Early Intervention Services
For students under 3 years of age, center based services are available to promote the child’s growth and development and support the family during the critical early years.

Preschool Services
Students between the ages of 3 and 4 years combine learning with play to promote skill development and school readiness.

School Age Services
Our team of Special Education Teachers, Educational Aides, Therapists, and Nurses provide students 5 – 21 years of age with a unique and individualized educational program in a warm, caring, and supportive classroom environment.

CHC is funded in part by New York State Education Department, County Departments of Health, and School Districts in the Western New York region where students reside. This funding also provided transportation to and from school.
